Rodri Wins the Ballon d'Or!


Guess what? Manchester City's Rodri just won the Ballon d'Or! Beating the odds of likes from Vini and Bellingham.... He's the first defensive midfielder to win it since like forever And finally someone from the Premier League than Ronaldo.

Rodri had a crazy good season. He helped City win the Premier League and Spain win Euro 2024. He was even named the best player at the Euros!

People were shocked because most thought Vinicius Jr. would win. But Rodri's amazing year made the voters choose him.

This is huge for Rodri and defensive midfielders everywhere. It shows that hard work pays off, even if you're not a flashy forward.
